For security reasons Park Ave. Photo does not accept package that are not identifiable.
All returns must have a valid RMA within the allotted return period.Â
Most products sold by Park Ave Photo have a Ten day Return Period after the delivery of merchandise. Products that are not admissible for credit, refund or exchange include International Purchases, Fax Machines, Stereo Equipment, Printers, and Televisions. Repairs on these items must be done at an authorized service center. Extended Warranties, media cards and glass filters are final purchases.
Unused computer software may be exchanged for a different title, if unopened, with some exceptions. Defective computer software may be exchanged for the same title only. Some software programs are not returnable to Park Ave Photo under any circumstance and must be returned to the manufacturer.Â
The following will disqualify an item from being returnable:
- Manufacturers original packaging is missing, incomplete, damaged or defaced
- Opened prerecorded media, movies, music, software, etc
- Opened expendable items batteries, discs, tapes, etc
- Missing or damaged: accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc
- Product is not in acceptable condition for resale (scratched, damage, etc.)
- Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason
- Any equipment, or part of packaged item that may require contact with a human orifice, such as hats, headphones, microphones, etc
- XM Radio Receivers that have been activated are ineligible for resale and will not be eligible for return or refund
- No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
Satisfaction is our number one priority. If we fail to make you satisfied, you may return your merchandise within ten days after receipt. All purchases must have a valid RMA number and be shipped to the address associated with that RMA. After you request return we will email you all that information to have at your disposal. Returns to the retail shop that were made on the internet will not be accepted. All shipping charges related to the product are the customerâ€™s responsibility including refused and non deliverable purchases. There is a twenty percent restocking fee on all returns. If you have removed the UPC code from the merchandise or box we cannot accept the return. All issued RMA numbers are valid for a period of 5 calendar days only. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. RMAâ€™s that are issued for one item but come in with multiple non disclosed items will not be accepted and the shipping charges associated with such will be accrued to the customer. RMA numbers are valid for seven calendar days.
Shipping Heavy/Extra Large Items:
Products that have a weight that exceeds 75 pounds (Heavy Duty Tripods, Large Televisions, Speakers, Monitors, Stereo Systems, Bulk Orders) or with shipping dimensions too large for UPS may not qualify for promotional shipping rates calculated on the website and may require special order shipping charges. Please call for freight shipping costs.

Please note all items with an RMA are subject to inspection. RMA number does not automatically validate the return until the inspection of the item is complete.Â
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, manufacturer's warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
Package deals cannot be broken up for further discount and must be returned in full. Cancelations are not admitted once the product is labeled by our shipping depot. Cancelations before shipment must be made by phone.Â We will attempt to cancel but due to large volume of shipments, it is not guaranteed..
Financed products are not refundable once funding is complete.
